2 Year Guarantee

We stand behind our products. Our two-year guarantee covers defects in materials (leather, rivets, zippers and such) and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Products covered by this limited warranty are repaired or replaced at no charge. Wear and tear from normal use, such as worn edges or creasing of leather are not defects in materials or workmanship, and are not covered. Final sale and factory second merchandise is not covered by our two-year guarantee.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase from Rogue Industries.*

Feel free to contact us and request a postage paid return label. Then simply ship your new, unused merchandise back to us for a full refund of the product (excluding original shipping cost) or exchange. 

Then just mail back the wallet with a note of who you are and a short reason why you're returning the wallet to:

Within a week of receiving your item, we will refund you the amount you paid for the product (excluding original shipping charges) or we will send you a replacement.
