We stand behind our products. Our two-year guarantee covers defects in materials (leather, rivets, zippers and such) and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Products covered by this limited warranty are repaired or replaced at no charge. Wear and tear from normal use, such as worn edges or creasing of leather are not defects in materials or workmanship, and are not covered. Final sale and factory second merchandise is not covered by our two-year guarantee.

I love the design of this wallet, it is very functional and the leather feels great to the touch. My one complaint is that, while I know it’s a factory second, some of the stitching has already started to come out, noticeable even after the first day, so I am concerned about the long-term durability.
