Overall, this is a nice bag and looks to be fairly durable. The one thing that I am disappointed with is that the "antique brass" hardware is not in fact all brass. All of the rivets and the buckle rollers are made of some ferrous material, not brass. Additionally the shoulder strap swiveling snaps appear to be painted aluminum, as they are too light to be brass.

Feels like a long-lost relative just came back
This is a no-nonsense duffle bursting with character. A duffle to give you a hand getting on the plane - as well as keeping you company, joining in the chat, on the train. A duffle that looks you square in the eye and says 'sit tight - this is going to be fun'. 10/10 for quality canvas, leather, fittings, finishing. This bag is a challenge to get back on the road - gonna to outlast me.

Fantastic duffle bag at an affordable price! Sorry, I know that sounds like an ad slogan but in this case it is true. Practical and very well built. Like a Filson bag, but one quarter the price. Superb design
This duffle bag has an old-world craftsmanship that I really like. It is a perfect size (keeping in mind carry-on luggage dimensions) and extremely well made. I bought it in black along with the canvas tote bag. Both are rugged and will last a lifetime. Fully lined with an inside zipper pocket. Look and feel good carrying either or both at same time.
