Embossed products and Factory Seconds are final sale and cannot be returned.
We stand behind our products. Our two-year guarantee covers defects in materials (leather, rivets, zippers and such) and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Products covered by this limited warranty are repaired or replaced at no charge. Wear and tear from normal use, such as worn edges or creasing of leather are not defects in materials or workmanship, and are not covered. Final sale and factory second merchandise is not covered by our two-year guarantee. Please note: Embossed items are not returnable, except for defects in materials or workmanship. We're a small shop!
