We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase from Rogue Industries.* Simply ship your new, unused merchandise back to us for a full refund or exchange. Our no hassle return policy does not require any phone calls or Return Merchandise Authorization numbers. We stand behind our products. Our two-year guarantee covers defects in materials (leather, rivets, zippers and such) and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Products covered by this limited warranty are repaired or replaced at no charge. Wear and tear from normal use, such as worn edges or creasing of leather are not defects in materials or workmanship, and are not covered. Final sale and factory second merchandise is not covered by our two-year guarantee.

Please note: Embossed items are not returnable, except for defects in materials or workmanship. We're a small shop!
