You, as the customer, pay the costs upfront - and no surprises or delays once the order arrives at your country's customs office.

2 Year Guarantee

We stand behind our products. Our two-year guarantee covers defects in materials (leather, rivets, zippers and such) and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Products covered by this limited warranty are repaired or replaced at no charge. Wear and tear from normal use, such as worn edges or creasing of leather are not defects in materials or workmanship, and are not covered. Final sale and factory second merchandise is not covered by our two-year guarantee.

Returns

We are proud of our products and workmanship - we offer a 2-year workmanship guarantee. If you have any issue with your wallet or other product, please contact us to discuss at 1-800-786-1768 or support@rogue-industries.com

If you should change your mind, any unused product purchased directly from Rogue Industries is eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (excluding embossed items). Simply return the product to the address below via USPS First Class Mail. Please indicate your preference for a refund or an exchange and the reason you are sending the item back. Then simply mail your new, unused merchandise back to us at the following address.

Within a week of receiving your item, we will refund you the amount you paid for the product (excluding original shipping charges) or we will send you a replacement.
