Great design, poor outside fabric durability
I'm back here on the Rouge website to order a new wallet in spite of the difficulty with my current tweed one. I LOVE the shape and size of the wallet, and in many ways it has held up well. It looked and felt great for a while. However, after about a year and a half of use, the tweed is now significantly worn down. This is especially apparent at the fold, where the tweed has all but completely come off. There are no holes for contents to escape from, and imagine the RFID blocking material is at least partially to thank for that, but I'm concerned this might also get compromised considering the other problems. The wallet has rarely been dropped and not abused in any way. It really comes down to poor materials choice. For the reasons above, I can't recommend this tweed wallet to anyone out there. Spend the extra $10-20 on another model and you won't be disappointed.
Fabric doesn't hold up
I love the look and feel of this design, but similar to several other reviewers, the outside fabric wore through - in my case after about a year and a half. I love Rogue front pocket wallets, have owned several, and am about to order a replacement (but I will buy one of the other ones this time).
Actually Okay
These reviews are odd. I travel with my wallet everywhere. It has a bend in the top, but from common use. Unless you are banging your wallet against a sawblade, it should hold up fine. I've had mine for almost a year. Sounds a bit crinkly at first due to the RFID stuff. This is a fine wallet.
Rogue Bedford Wallet - not satisfied, poor quality
Wallet fabric split on the outside at the fold after 2 months...not a robust product, poor quality and manufacturing is the reason I think, although it could have been a single defective product...too bad, loved the concept...hope this gets addressed. thanks, Bradley
